Q. If I bring in my own balloons, can you inflate them with helium?
Yes, we offer helium inflation service. Since the outside balloons are from unknown manufacturers and we cannot guarantee their qualities, please note that there is no refund or exchange for any damage or defects found during and right after the inflation. That means, if your balloons pop while we start pumping helium gas, you are not getting your money back. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase our (helium included) balloons available in the shop. Our staff can also help you preorder the balloons that we may not have in store for your event.

Important facts and store policy you should to know
- Helium latex balloons last about 8-10 hours up in the air. You need to request for Hi-Float treatment when you place order if you need the helium latex balloons to stay afloat for the next day. Additional $1 per balloon is charged for Hi-Float treatment, and it will extend the balloon life for 3~5 days in air-conditioned space.
- Helium Foil balloon's life span is from 1-3 weeks depending on its size.
- Guam's hot weather will burst your balloon if you leave it in your car without air-con on. When the foil balloon is exposed to heat during the hottest time of the day, the helium inside will expand and shrink when you bring it in air-conditioned space. It is highly recommended that you keep helium inflated balloons in air-conditioned space at ALL TIMES for the best condition of your balloon.
- All sales are final. Customers picking up their orders are fully responsible for their balloons once they leave the store with items purchased. Balloon Art is not responsible for any damage or defect to Balloon Art’s merchandises once they leave the store premises.
- Balloon Art is no longer providing disposable plastic bags. Customers are responsible for bringing their own bags to protect balloons from any damage that can be caused by any condition that is out of Balloon Art’s control (i.e: heat, sharp objects, climate change, etc) while transferring to their location.
